Balance training is also important in maintaining and improving your balance so you can move better. Aging tends to deteriorate your balancing abilities which may result in you to fall down easily and might cause fractures. Standing in one leg and steadily increasing the duration every time is one way of improving it.

Flexibility as well as stretching exercises are another element to include in your physical fitness. Stretching helps to increase the flexibility of a person which enables them to do physical activities requiring you to be flexible. The range of movement of your joints will be improved with this and relieving stress too.

Doing these things at the same session every time is not necessary and spreading it out within the week is better with two or three elements a day. You can do this by yourself or with a help of a trainer. Regularly do these activities to have the healthy body you want.
